Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
You may contribute up to 15% of eligible compensation each year up to $25,000 of the undiscounted value of shares in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Participants are able to lock-in a discounted purchase price for QuinStreet stock for the term of the plan (i.e., 2 years). Stock is purchased at 85% of the fair market price on either the first day of the six-month offering period or the last day of the period, whichever is lower. Each plan has 4 purchase dates (i.e., every 6 months).
